Project Title: London NFL Franchise Concept

Project Description: For my final major project at university, I decided to combine my passion for branding with my love of the NFL. The National Football League has flirted with the idea of reintroducing a franchise in London since 2007. Ignoring British tropes, I wanted to create an identity that was exciting and unique. Taking inspiration from the beastly horrors of British folklore and pop culture, I created a team that channels the power, speed, and ferocity of the werewolf, standing out among other NFL teams. Influenced by gothic horror literature, I fused the genre together with its association with the Victorian period by using imagery from that era. The dense smoke and fog used throughout the branding were also influenced by this and establish a sense of the unknown.
