Project Title: Chestnut Tree Spa Retreat

Project Description: Chestnut Tree Spa Retreat is a resort based in Althorne, Essex and aims to create a relaxing wellness spa for 25–50-year-olds who wish to escape to the country for a well-deserved rest. The proposed design will be focused around giving customers a break from their busy lives and helping them feel rejuvenated after their stay. The spa focuses on relaxation and nature emersion making it the perfect country getaway. Chestnut Tree Spa Retreat has been inspired by the Horse Chestnut tree which is positioned in front of the building. Chestnut Trees symbolise hope, a chance of escape and a return to normality. These are all things a spa also represents.
