Project Title: Project Green – Sustainable Social Housing

Project Description: Project Green is a sustainable social housing that aims to accommodate people who are affected by the housing crisis and recent inflation increase, situated in Basildon, Essex. It consists in converting unutilized retail spaces into affordable housing. This project was a former M&S building that was developed into housing having various spaces including 3 types of apartments (Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom) a private reception as well as an exhibition space to showcase the process of the change of use which is open to the residents but also to the public.
